We’re so pleased to be able to announce the new section leaders who are joining our team at the Ernest Read Symphony Orchestra. After four different days of auditions, with fierce competition from some great candidates, we found it a tough choice!
We are thrilled to have Lucy Haggerwood-Bullen joining us as our Principal 2nd Violin and Henry Hargreaves as our new Principal Cello. Lucy and Henry will join our team of section leaders that also includes Deputy Leader Penny James, Brass Leader Jonathan Newby and also Jan Zahourek, our professional Double Bass Mentor.
