Two amazing mornings of auditions for the ERSO Soloist of the Year competition where we were totally blown away by the level of talent and variety of wonderful performances. We were completely spoilt for choice and picking only 4 candidates to move forward was incredibly hard.
Things didn’t get any easier…..
Four fabulous performances left us quite literally spoilt for choice – marvellous Mozart, sublime Strauss and Sibelius and wonderful Walton.
We’re delighted to announce that after long deliberation, our winner is Callie Brennan who will be wowing our audience with her performance of Walton’s Violin Concerto on 11 February.
