Happy New Year from ERSO!
We are all really looking forward to a great 2017, starting with our concert of beautiful Romantic music conducted by Chris Stark, who is especially known as the Conductor and co-Artistic Director of the RPS Award Winning Multi-Story Orchestra. The programme includes Brahms 3rd Symphony and our soloist in Bruch’s Kol Nidrei is an exciting young cellist, Matthew Strover.
Join us at the beautiful church of St John’s Waterloo for an evening of wonderful music on February 12th. Follow this link for more information.
On March 19th, we will be presenting a fabulous Family Concert working with British conductor and presenter Timothy Redmond, who is a regular guest conductor with the London Symphony Orchestra and Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. We will be joined at the church of St Mary the Virgin, Primrose Hill, by pupils from the Camden Girls School who will perform arrangements of two well know pieces with ERSO.
The 2016/17 season will culminate at St Johns, Waterloo on 21 May with a Nordic programme conducted by Tom Hammond, and featuring award-winning young soloist Dinara Klinton. The programme includes works by Neilsen, Grieg and Sibelius.
